They keep the macro, large scope, as well as the micro detail in their sights!

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for CraTec construction. We contracted them to perform a full renovation of our master bedroom, master bathroom, upstairs bathroom, and removal of upstairs carpet in March. We are thrilled with the final product!
All the staff of CraTec Construction were very professional and Mr. Carmichael provided an accurate assessment of the scale and cost of the project.
Our job was done with care and precision and their work on custom cabinets is very high quality with the wood working team having an admirable amount of talent.
Living through a reno is very stressful but all the staff were very diligent in always cleaning the work area at the end of each day and tried very hard to prevent the work area from affecting the rest of the house.

We would suggest that a happy customer is the best form of advertising. In saying that, we are very thrilled to speak about our experience with Gaius Carmichael and his outstanding crew during the construction of our home.
From the onset, the level of customer care and attention given to our wishes and needs was beyond the level we had experienced with any other contractor. The design, construction and overall experience was a pleasure and at no point did we ever feel the typical pressure or stress that is associated with contractors and/or home builders.
We had our home built by Gaius and his team and having been through this process with other builders before, we were so impressed with the attention to detail, quality and customer care demonstrated by everyone. The principles of the ‘customers are first’ is clearly a guiding value for this company, as we were always a priority and felt as though this was the most important home they had ever built. That level of concern and care is a rarity.
The quality of our home is superior and of the highest standard. From the cosmetic finishing to the structural integrity, each component of the home is without compromise and this clearly shows in the look and feel. We are proud of our home and it is simply because of the quality.
We believe the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. In our experience with Gaius and team, the sweetness of quality is remembered without any bitterness or tarnishing poor quality.

I’m very pleased to be able to provide a reference for CraTec and Gaius Carmichael.
CraTec was responsible for an extensive renovation of a 100 year old property I purchased
in 2014.
The buildings had various owners over the years and included a commercial
garage and a house that was also zoned commercial. I wanted the house retrofitted into an
urban tech office and the garage refurbished ready for occupancy to local artists.
I met Gaius and told him my vision and plans and he immediately went to work. Within a
few weeks, the entire main floor was removed and replaced with a flooring product new to
the market. He brought back the original trim, reused the floorboards from the demolition
to fashion a new island, installed a natural gas system and steered me clear of a new
expensive kitchen and towards a great option from IKEA. Similar results were achieved in
the garage.
There were many pivot points with the project but without any drama. Budgets were
updated and options explained. It was a seamless experience and one that I have
recommended to others.
CarTec has since worked on my personal residence. Please feel free to contact with any
