From the onset, the level of customer care and attention given to our wishes and needs was beyond the level we had experienced with any other contractor. The design, construction and overall experience was a pleasure and at no point did we ever feel the typical pressure or stress that is associated with contractors and/or home builders.
We had our home built by Gaius and his team and having been through this process with other builders before, we were so impressed with the attention to detail, quality and customer care demonstrated by everyone. The principles of the ‘customers are first’ is clearly a guiding value for this company, as we were always a priority and felt as though this was the most important home they had ever built. That level of concern and care is a rarity.
The quality of our home is superior and of the highest standard. From the cosmetic finishing to the structural integrity, each component of the home is without compromise and this clearly shows in the look and feel. We are proud of our home and it is simply because of the quality.
We believe the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. In our experience with Gaius and team, the sweetness of quality is remembered without any bitterness or tarnishing poor quality.
